Danielle DiFiore was born in New York City, and was raised in South Florida. She graduated from the Florida State University, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in English Literature and Political Science. Following her undergraduate career, Danielle attended the University of Miami School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 2013. While in Florida, Danielle gained experience with the Broward County State Attorney, the Broward County Public Defender’s Office, and the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Southern District of Florida. Danielle also has an education background and has worked as a teacher/tutor specializing in teaching children who have learning differences.

Danielle has been admitted to practice law in Minnesota. She moved to Rochester in July 2015. Danielle joined Anderson Law Firm in March 2016. As an attorney her practice is focused on family law and criminal defense. Danielle represents clients in divorce proceedings, custody actions, child support proceedings, post-dissolution matters, and order for protection/harassment restraining order hearings. She also represents clients in criminal defense matters ranging from misdemeanor to felony charges.  Danielle advocates for her clients both in the courtroom and through utilizing various forms of alternative dispute resolution. She works hard to get positive results for her clients.

Danielle volunteers time for pro bono activities, including the Olmsted County Law Library Clinic. She also serves on the executive board for the Olmsted County Bar Association and as a council member for the Minnesota State Bar Association, Family Law Section.
